I might not need to use the service very often, can you still help?
Absolutely, just sign up and you are free to use the service as much or as little as you require.
Do I need a specialist phone system?
No, our service will work with all telephone systems, even your mobile.
When do I start paying?
You only ever pay for the time you are actually connected to an interpreter. There is no charge for calling the operator, interpreting is billed by the second so you don’t pay for time you don’t use.
Is it easy to cancel if I need to?
We’d be sorry to see you go but yes, just let us know within the notice period arranged when you set up your account.
I’ve lost my access details, what do I do?
Don’t worry, call one of our team ASAP and we’ll make sure new details are provided and protect you against any unauthorised calls.
Can anyone else use my account?
Only with your permission, we issue you with a unique access code during sign up which you are free to share. Please be aware you will be responsible for call charges made using your code. We can add an unlimited number of users to your account each with their own access code so you can track specific individual usage if necessary.
Does it matter how long my call is?
Not really, however calls that last over an hour can be very demanding for an interpreter. If you know your call is likely to exceed an hour, let us know beforehand and we can install a back up system with an extra interpreter to share the load.
Are there any languages you can’t supply?
No, we provide instant interpreting for the majority of our 150+ available languages. In the case of some extremely exotic language requirements a small amount of notice would help us provide you with the best service.
Are there any restrictions?
No, you are free to use our service for any subject that you need.
Is it confidential?
Yes, all our interpreters work in the strictest confidence, so your conversations will always remain private.
